Offered is an antique Allis-Chalmers sign.  I am not certain if this came from a road sign, a display or a piece of equipment.  Never-the-less, it is a real AC sign.  The sign is 5½ x 30 and is made of relatively heavy material, .041" thick, wt. is 2½ lbs.  The color of the face background is a kind of metalic gray with black letters with a white border.  I have not cleaned the item or done anything to preserve the surface, it is just as found. The item has the metal folded over on the back, see pictures, my guess is that it has to do with the way it was mounted.  Will be packaged with a board so it will arrive unbent.  USA shipping via UPS or USPS.   Always willing to combine shipping with other items to save on shipping cost when possible.

Shipping details and return policy.  PLEASE NOTE: I usually allow  buyers to make their own choice about the expense of insurance.  Occasionally things do happen that is beyond my control and there is lost of items or damage.  Realize that I will also be regretful of the lost but cannot help if insurance is declined.  Domestic UPS shipments include insurance for value up to $100.00  Buyer may request additional insured value.  Insurance at buyers option and cost for both USA and International shipments.  Insurance is highly recommended for all international shipments, as there are some undefined black holes out there that international shipments do fall into!  When  insurance is declined buyer assumes loss if package is lost or damaged. Payment expected in 7 days unless other arrangements are made. USA buyer pays shipping via USPS or UPS.  Will ship worldwide when practical method available.  Generally one business day till shipping, but is not guaranteed unless there has been communication from buyer on a specific item.   Money orders must be payable in US dollars.  My goal is to always describe items 100% accurately.  Happy customers rule!  If there are gross errors in the description, I will give a full refund including shipping.  Special sizes or lengths of materials or customs orders may not be returnable.
