The complete title is:  Chocolate and Cocoa Recipes and Homemade Candy Recipes.  Originally published by Walter Baker & Co., Ltd. around 1905, this candy and chocolate cookbook is lavishly illustrated and was written by renowned cooks of the day:  Miss Parloa and Mrs. Janet McKenzie Hill, who had authored many other cooking standards. 140 of their very best creations appear in this collection.  Reprint offered is spiral bound with plastic protective covers.
