This tin made by Reading and  London held Huntley & Palmers Biscuits and is a charming chic example of their wares. It measures 8" across the top and 4" in height. I see a glue spot the size of a nickel inside the tin; very minimal rust along the seams inside and no rust on the bottom and some minimal spotting on the top. It will arrive carefully packaged from a smoke free home.
