You are looking at a Vintage Apple Macintosh M0001 512K "Fat Mac" Computer. 

It appears to be in great condition, and includes the mouse, keyboard, and some nifty perforated vinyl dust covers.

When you turn the unit on, it outputs the screen in the first pic (apears to be looking for a boot disk).  I'm guessing that is what it is supposed to do.  However, I don't have any software to load, so I cannot test it any further or offer any guarantee of further funtionality .  Please be aware of this when bidding.
