This very old Armchair doll is really quite old and it is a bit in rough shape. It looks as though it had lots of play time. The doll is intact and measures 18 inches top to toe. Its eyes have resessed back into her head but can still be seen sitting there. I do not know the age of the doll but I would expect it to be around 1900 or so. The head, arms and legs are a hard material and the body is stuffed. The doll's head has the wig cap attached. This is a nice piece of doll Americana.
