Vintage Art Deco Lalique Signed Camille Perfume Bottle

For sale is a scarce "Camille" perfume bottle by R. Lalique in beautiful blue!

What an exquisite perfume bottle! This bottle dates from the late 1920's and its design and shape really capture the Art Deco movement's influence on designers and artists like Lalique at this time. The bottle is signed on the Bottom R. Lalique France along with some numbers and letters - this is in script. It also has the words R Lalique and France molded into the glass at the base. The base of the stopper is also marked with what appears to be the number "52". The bottle measures approx. 2 1/4 inches high and approx 2 1/2 inches in diameter at its widest point.

This beautiful bottle is in fantastic condition for its age. There is perfume and/or soiling residue on and inside this bottle. I have not attempted to clean and will leave to the winning bidder. There are some surface scratches and some very small nicks and chips on the bottle and stopper which are common to find on these vintage items. There is also one larger round shaped chip that is found on one of the ridges of the bottle. These are all hard to get to show well in photos. Still looks stunning when displayed! 

A super example for anyone who loves and collects Lalique or other perfume items. It is sure to become a favorite in their collection.
