Handling and delivery confirmation fee is included in your shipping total and is approximately 1.50 unless otherwise noted in the description for larger more fragile items. This includes delivery confirmation, which costs us .65 to .75 cents. (We do not receive free DC- we purchase at Post office.)

If you win several auctions to be shipped in one box… you are only charged ONE handling / DC fee- not one for each auction.

Always happy to combine shipping on auctions won same day whenever possible.

1. Buyer will read the description carefully and ask any questions before bidding. Please direct all correspondence through the Ask Seller a Question Form.
2. International buyers please make sure the item you are bidding on can legally be shipped to your country… we cannot know ALL the restrictions when listing, (and there are many) so if you are not sure… ASK before bidding and we will find out for you. The shipping calculator may read World Wide, because we do not have the ability to single out every country with restrictions. We do not want to exclude all of Europe because a single country cannot bid.

3. Payment is to be received within 10 days via Paypal or money order. (Paypal only internationally) No personal checks.

4. Buyer will not hold us accountable for shipping times after we mail a package. If you have funds in Paypal or use a credit card… we receive payment same day. Echecks (e-checks from your bank account funds) sent through Paypal take an average of 1 week to clear. We ship on the day payment clears during business hours Monday-Friday… please take this into consideration when rating our shipping time. We cannot control the speed of the USPS. We ship Monday-Friday, weather and health permitting. Special packaging may take an extra day.

5. Buyer will contact us with any questions or concerns about their purchase before leaving negative or neutral feedback, . If item is significantly not as described, or if you have shipping or receipt concerns. Please give us the opportunity to answer your questions and resolve any unintentional problems with the transaction. Mistakes can happen. We leave feedback upon payment, in good faith that you will be fair with us upon receipt of your item.

6. Buyer recognizes that this is an auction venue, not a retail sale… with 100% profit going to World Mission. We thank you for your support!

WE WILL NOT MARK YOUR PACKAGE AS A GIFT OR LIE ABOUT THE VALUE OR CONTENTS… THIS IS A FELONY OFFENSE.

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOMS FEES… YOUR GOVERNMENT ADDS THESE FEES… NOT US… SO PLEASE DO NOT RATE US ON HIGH COST OF POSTAGE OVER WHICH WE HAVE NO CONTROL.

We have no control over additional charges you may incur once your package leaves the USA. We also cannot control shipping times once a package leaves our hands. Please do not hold us responsible for slow shipping times. it may take weeks or even months for your package to arrive. (We recently sent a package Priority Mail to the UK and it took 2 months!)

Handling fee of 1.50 is included in the shipping calculator. This helps pay for packaging costs, transportation to post office, and employees salary.
