~~EXPECTATIONS~~ We each have expectations and want a smooth transaction from beginning to end. I promise to promptly communicate with you, provide high quality items and customer service that is second to none! To ensure both our expectations are met, you should promptly, upon auction end, use eBay's checkout which will immediately provide me with your method of payment and whether you wish your package to be insured. And, of course, you should ensure that your payment is received by me within FIVE days of auction close. If paying via e-check or mailing your payment, that means you will need to immediately do so.
~~COMMUNICATION~~ Of course, communication is key to a successful transaction. If your mailbox is full, you will obviously not receive my emails. Please note that you should receive (1) an invoice (unless you pay before one can be prepared); (2) a "thank you" email upon receipt of payment that will also include shipping information. If you do not receive any one of these emails, please contact me as soon as possible. You will always know if my system is down for maintenance or I am otherwise not available (it will either be in the listing itself or you will receive an email from me).
~~PROBLEMS/RETURNS~~ I take great pride in my auctions and it is rare that there is a problem. However, please be assured that if and when a problem does arise, I will always work with you to resolve it to both our satisfaction. My items are fully and accurately described...please read the listing in its entirety and ask all questions BEFORE auction end. Sales are final...returns are no longer accepted unless I made a mistake in describing the item. Again, I can not put it any simpler, you win, you pay, I ship, you keep. Know what you are bidding on!
~~FEEDBACK~~ I value eBay's feedback system and strive to ensure that you will be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please do not leave feedback until you have attempted to resolve the matter with me. This is not only common courtesy, but is eBay's policy. I am very easy to work with and will always correct any mistake I may make. I cannot correct a mistake if I don't know about it or if you chose to first leave negative or neutral feedback.
~~BEYOND OUR CONTROL~~ We live in an internet world and many things can occur that are beyond our control. Please keep in mind that system failures, turbulent weather and site technical problems (as well as family emergencies) can prevent us from immediately communicating with one another. I've indicated above what you can expect in the way of communication from me. If it doesn't occur, I assure you it will be something that is beyond my control. I also give you, my wonderful customer, the same benefit of the doubt. If we work together, there is no reason your buying experience cannot be beyond exceptional!!
~~THE PROCESS~~ Once an auction closes, you will be sent an invoice. I require that you contact me within 48 hours of auction close. This is as simple as using eBay's checkout so that I will know your method of payment and if you want the optional insurance. If I do not hear from you within approximately three days, I "may" send you a reminder notice. If you have not contacted me within seven days of auction close, a non-paying bidder alert will be filed. At that point, I have the option of re-listing the item, making it no longer available to you. The non-paying process will continue if you still have not contacted me, which includes you being placed on my blocked-bidder list and receiving a "strike" from eBay. There is absolutely no reason for any of that to take place. It's simple folks...bid, win, checkout and pay within 5 days!! I will always try to ship within a few days of the end of the auction, but things do come up. This means that if you bid on my item, you give up the right to file a complaint with paypal or ebay if it takes a few extra days for me to get your item to UPS or USPS. ( Paypal says it has to be sent within 7 days) In addition, keep in mind that your item is coming from Arizona and is usually shipped ground service. This means it may take 6-8 days in shipping alone. I do not control the speed of the shipping service and therefore cannot be held accountable for delays. If you need this item quickly, it is your responsibility to let me know and pay any additional charges for faster shipping.
I do not warrant for the manufacturer, nor do we warrant against the application for the product. We warrant all items against DOA only.(in most cases this means the item will power on, after that, you are on your own) Items Dead On Arrival (DOA) will be replaced or refunded at MY choice. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. DOA does not cover misuse, abuse or buyer's inability to properly use and/or handle the particular item. Any request for adjustment must be received by us by e-mail within five (5) days of your receipt of the product. Any equipment returned and found not to be dead(DOA) will be charged a 20% restocking fee if refund is agreed to at all. Should a claim need to be filed in case of loss or damage of the package, the buyer will be provided all necessary paperwork to make this process as quick as possible. Please keep all packaging as it's needed to verify a claim of loss or damage.
