Simplicity Pattern #4700.  Pattern has never been cut or removed from envelope since purchase by former owner. Weekend Wardrobe for Teen Model Dolls, Babette, Mitzie, Gina, Babs, Kay, Polly Jr.,  Tina, Tina Marie, and Barbie.  

I will combine shipping on multiple items purchased. Items shipped in United States will be sent by Priority Mail or Parcel Post, unless otherwise requested.
