The Beautiful Blue Danube by Johann Strauss, copyright 1940, was published by M. M. Cole Publishing Company.  This is "Cole's Deluxe Edition Piano Solo," arranged by Laurence Paul, and is labeled the  "simplified arangement."

It is in very good condition, with minor edge and corner wear and slight discoloration.
