Vintage Bill Blass ladies size 12 dress/shift with Bill Blass Girl Scout belt. This is a straight shift dress, with pockets on both side.  Bust and hip are both 43 inches, length is 45 inches. Excellent condition with the exception of some slight fraying on one belt loop.
