Up for auction is a Vintage Bing and Grondahl Collector Plate. The plate up for auction is 1895 Jule After 1985 Christmas plate showing great blue detail of horses in Christmas Night in the Stable . Brothers MH Bing and JH Bing and Frederick Vilhelm Grondahl first opened Bing and Grondahl in Denmark more than 150 years ago in 1853. In 1889, Bing and Grondahl showcased its first underglazed porcelain service and perfected this style in the late 1890s. This underglaze porcelain firing method is still used by the descendants of the Bing brothers today at Bing and Grondahl. B and G 's porcelain collectibles are featured in the Buckingham Palace and the Royal Courts of Denmark, Sweden and Great Britain. Items can also be found in the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York.
