Great looking short round vase by Blue Mountain Pottery of Canada in the harder to find Apollo glaze.  This is one of a set of nine in a highly desirable collection.  The glaze was done to attract European buyers as it's very similar to the West German pottery style thick lava glaze.  Measures about 7 1/2" tall and about 7" wide.  Marked Blue Mountain Pottery Canada and the number 852 Canada on the bottom.  Does have a small chip in the rim but still a nice piece for display.

In excellent condition with no other damage than noted above but may have some very minor crazing which can only be found under a very bright light upon close inspection.   Great addition to any collection.  See my other listings and eBay Store for more pieces of this fine pottery.
