shipping to the usa/canada is $6.75 for most items. heavier items like shoes, boots and coats will be more and especially tiny items will be less. international shipping depends on location and weight, but most small items are $11.75 to anywhere in the world. check the listing specifics for exact shipping fees to be sure.

we usually ship the same day payment is made, but occasionally up to 3 days after payment is made, minding weekends. packages leaving canada have to go through customs, so please allow up to ten business days for delivery. most items will arrive within a week.

minor alterations may have been made, such as reinforcing seams, hemming a longer dress, or replacing a missing button.

remember, vintage means pre-loved, so a teensy bit of wear may be normal but please contact us if you think we missed anything at all! if we made a mistake, a full refund will be issued! otherwise returns will be granted on a case by case basis.

canadian customers in NB,NL,NS will be charged 13% gst and pst, all other canadian customers will get charged 5%. taxes also apply to shipping costs. canadian customers must wait to be invoiced, as we will update your invoice accordingly.

you may be charged customs when you pick up the package depending on what country you live in and the price of your purchase.

XS-XL sizes in auctions are approximated, and should be used a general guideline, carefully checking the measurements given in each listing is the most accurate way to determine if the garment will fit you.
