Patterns are sold "Used" and "AS IS", even if they might be new. I have acquired many many patterns. I regret that I cannot count or check every pattern piece to see if there are any missing. I DO look inside each envelope to make sure there ARE pattern pieces and instructions. I will NOT sell any pattern without instructions, unless I note it otherwise. There may be torn pattern pieces or the envelope may be worn or ripped and there may be some writing. I am just letting you know ahead of time.
