This is a rare find..We found in the trunk in the family estate after their passing..

The book is in great shape with size being 8" by 5".

It is titled:  GRIMY MEN (And other rhymes of a construction worker).

Written by Bryan Buchanan

This book has 48 pages and all are intact. I believe, this has held really well being it is close to 70 years old...There are no rips and/or tears in any of the pages..

There is a note on the inside cover which was a gift from someone in the past.

There is a thin paper book cover to protect the book and it has kept the book in great condition through the years...The winning bidder may want to take the cover off as the cover is bright blue and in nice shape..

The binding is intact......
