COACH CARRIAGE LANTERN OIL LAMP
Vintage Buggy Oil Lantern
Lantern has a nice beveled glass. There is a clamp on the back of the lantern for
mounting.
Lantern is in very good condition. Appears to be complete, all components are intact.

The width of the lantern is approximately 6.5". Guaranteed to be old and as represented. Hardware is not included for mounting.

The only thing I see is a little chip on the bevel glass, if you look above at the lower left corner you'll will see it in the about picture.

You can look back on the days when cabooses were common on railroads across North America.
In the early days of railroading, each crew was assigned its own caboose, which served as home for days at a time. They could watch the cars ahead, sleep, cook and eat their meals. It was a place where the conductor and rear brakeman would do their paperwork. | | | |
