Vintage C.T. Menze Concertina

I am not familiar with this musical insturment. The concertina is black colored, with what appears to be mother-of-pearl inlay, with a few peices missing. The ends of the concertina measure 9 1/4" X 10", and the closed length measures 13". One end does not have the protective box and a wire for a handle, there are 28 pegs and 3 are missing on that end, and on the other end there are 23 pegs and they are all there, and that end has a leather handle. On the wire handle end the music comes out of the holes on front next to the C.T. Menze emblem, but the music does not come out on the other side because of 9 missing metal conners. The concertina does come with a case but it is in very poor condition, which will be sent if you wish.
