This auction is for a VINTAGE Campbell's Soup Red and White Can CANVAS DRAWSTRING BAG !

Well, I think it is canvas and I know it is not new so VINTAGE Is the Key Word here :~) I know there is a reference to this somewhere but I just saw that the Paper Dress by Andy Warhol sold for over $1200.00 and I give up on this one - One can spend ONLY so much time in the research dept :~) IF You know more about this , PLEASE Share - I am sure you are a lot smarter than me , I do not know everything :~)

ANYWAY - This is in VERY Good Condition ! It does have a few spots but I do not think it was EVER used or washed - I think its original purpose was to be some kind of Laundry Bag or haul it away to college or back from bag :~) I do not know the exact age but I am sure it is OLDER :~)

Then just scroll through it on my other listings - I HATE to be negative in my auctions but I feel this is IMPORTANT - You may be able to help me ( and other eBay sellers ) by understanding the reason why I am so bitter about this issue and am willing to take a stand ;~(

There is a problem with the new eBay Detailed Seller Rating - D S R - That is the 5 Star Rating you can leave the seller after you leave feedback. eBay now determines where the sellers items will be listed in the Best Match search AND Eligibillity to being a Powerseller, and the miniscule discounts on HIGH Auction Fee's, That can all be forfeited IF the sellers DSR ( Detailed Seller Rating ) falls below a 4.6 out of the possible 5 star scale.

I Know, That is not a big deal to YOU, but eBay FAILS to let YOU ( my buyer) how much is at risk! I have been selling on eBay for OVER 9 YEARS and have over 4,800 Positive Feedback and eBay tells me my that MY search results are LOWERED Because my Shipping and Handling DSR is not high enough. WHAT ? Now I am a bad eBay seller and my listings should be shown after all the other sellers that are "Better" than me. WHAT ? Now I am Pond Scum for being an Exemplary eBay seller for 9 Years with over 4,800 POSITIVE hard earned Feedback with only 1 Negative for selling a $5.00 ashtray, 3 Years ago - to a new bidder that did not understand the feedback and left the negative for me WITHOUT even contacting me to make it right ;~( WHAT ?

I take eBay seriously - This is what I do for a living ! This is how I pay my bills AND how I am able to afford the items that I list on eBay to sell to YOU. The ONLY area there is a problem with now, is in this DSR BS , I am rated lower in The SHIPPING AND HANDLING CHARGE - and I really do not understand this at all, I DO NOT have a set $5.00 or $10.00 handling charge and I do not charge $20.00 to mail a coin in an an envelope ! ( they should be the ones than need punished ) I state the shipping price in ALL of my auctions. YOU ( My buyer ) know in advance what I am charging and YOU can decide if you want to purchase my item or not - I HAVE NO HIDDEN CHARGES - NO hidden fees and NO surprises after the sale! I try to closely GUESS what I will have to pay the Post Office for THEIR Shipping charge so I can ship the item to you - With THEIR new rate structure, They determine the cost by the zone you live in ( distance from me) and the size of the package - I now have to have ESP and guess where my buyer lives BEFORE they even see my item listed for sale ! Sometimes I guess it wrong and I pay more for the shipping than my buyer pays me, I pay it and life goes on .... It is not too often that I make any thing on the shipping cost and if I do, it is never very much and was a fair price to pay otherwise YOU would not have purchased my item ... The price is ALWAYS Stated in my listing .

I ask that my International Buyers ( including Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska ) ask me for a shipping quote before the auction ends so THEY Can determine if they want to purchase my item - INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS MORE EXPENSIVE and when they get their package, I understand that SHIPPING IS EXPENSIVE but I did not set the rates for the Postal Service AND, I should NOT be held responsible for it OR get less than a 5 star rating from them because They purchased something 1000's of miles away ;~(

YES, I AGREE - SHIPPING IS EXPENSIVE - Locally AND Internationally - EBAY HAS FAILED HERE .... I have no control over what the Post Office charges ! Should I stop selling Internationally ? ;~( ... Should I continue as a seller and receive the bad DSR Rating for the high cost of shipping ? Then loose my Raised Search Visibility- Loose my Miniscule Discount ? Loose my Powerseller Status ? OR, Should I just STOP Selling on eBay altogether and not have to worry about any of this DSR BS ? eBay has REALLY Failed here ....

TO RECAP - Auction Price PLUS Shipping PLUS Insurance = total price of the item. It is listed in my auction and YOU have the choice to bid or not to bid - Feebay's DSR-BS is TOTALLY UNFAIR to the sellers - It does NOT help the Buyers and should be ELIMINATED ! PLEASE Complain to the Post Office about their HIGH Cost of shipping - PLEASE Do not blame me for it :~( MY other DSR Ratings - Items as described is close to 5 Stars - My Communication is close to 5 stars - My shipping time is close to 5 Stars and the Shipping and Handling is less :~( That should NOT be the case and I believe it is just because the buyer AGREE that postage is too expensive - Again . Please BLAME the post office ..... Not Me ! I Humbly request All 5 Stars :~) PLEASE ...

Sorry about the rant but YOU the buyers needs to know that leaving anything but 5 STARS Hurts your sellers and without sellers YOU won't be buyers any longer ... IF Someone like me, NINE Years selling on eBay with OVER 4,800 POSITIVE Feedback feels like this - SOMEONE ELSE Should pay attention :-(

ON A MORE POSITIVE NOTE - My DSR has gone up in the past month but I believe that directly relates to MY EXPLANATION of how it really hurts the seller !
