Vintage CAST IRON "Caboose Size" Pot Belly Stove - "Hutch" brand - Very Good Condition
"Hutch" cast into the front door. Smaller "caboose size" cast iron pot belly stove. We believe this stove to date from the late 1960s or early 1970s as we can recall the same or similar stoves being advertised during this period as this was when we first were married and shopping for stoves for supplemental heating.
Cleaned and repainted with multiple coats of high temperature stove paint. A nice deep black color - some of the photos are lighter in color due to light reflections.
Ready for use or display! No cracks, no breaks - complete with combination lid lifter/grate shaker. Grates are not cracked or repaired. "Taiwan" lightly cast into the cooktop just in front of the stove pipe collar.

We have very carefully packaged; wrapped each piece in foam and corrugated cardboard, packed the pieces tightly inside the stove body and then boxed in a new heavy duty box first lined with foam boards and then filled with foam cubes. 59 pound package.
We use a nearly identical stove like this in our sauna. It makes a quick hot fire that heats our sauna to 180+ degrees in just 20 minutes!
