This 20 X 24 X 16 tall  Barn is RED in color. The roof is sound and the structure is DRY.

There are approx 1400 sq ft of ten inch red  barn siding; 450 sq ft of yel pine T&G loft flooring; 240 lin ft 2x6 floor joists; and much 2X framing.

This barn has been used to process honey for the last  40 years and  has a white washed masonite  liner on the walls and ceiling of the ground floor. There is a hoisting mechanism to move heavy loads to the loft area that is included with the barn sale.

The Buyer shall pay  the seller with in 5 business days ;  seller shall provide  proof of liability insurance  prior to dismantling  and removing building;
