We ship FAST and we pack professionally.  Your purchase will usually ship under 24 hours on smaller items; heavier items ship by FedEx Ground on the next Mon, Wed, or Fri  following your payment.

 All shipments are tracked and insured at no cost to you. A tracking number will be emailed to you on the date of shipment.

I use plenty of all new bubblewrap and peanuts and I pack very securely, so I charge a modest $1  S/H on fragile shipments to help offset those costs.

 We reserve the right to ship via the carrier that is most appropriate for your purchase, which may vary from the shipping calculator.  It will never cost more, never be by a slower method.

International buyers are welcome!  Please leave your telephone number for the customs forms; you are responsible for any duties or tariffs your home country requires.  Some items are prohibited from importation to your country.

• My Mistake:  If I have made a mistake in the listing or failed to cover some important flaw, I will refund your entire payment plus return shipping.

• Just not what you wanted:  Don't like it after your purchase arrives?  We are happy to let you return any item for a full refund of your purchase price.

• Damaged or lost in shipping:  All shipments are insured at no cost to you.   I must ask you to retain all packing materials for inspection by the shipper in order to process a damage claim.  The insurance will require a signed statement from you and  Pictures are always necessary!  Just as soon as I  submit the necessary paperwork, pictures and statements, I will issue you a full refund. No waiting for the insurance check!

We will normally send only one message to say thank you for your payment, your item is shipping and here's the tracking number.  We normally ship within hours of receiving your payment.  If there are any difficulties on our end, we'll be sure to let you know.
