You are Looking at a vintage Champion Fly reel made in Canada. IT has a picture of a Fish on the front and is made of light weight aluminum. There is a ball bearing click that is said to never wear out or cause trouble. There are only 2 moving parts making it very efficient. Some information on this reel was found in a 1945 hunting and fishing Magazine shown in one of my pictures. This item would be great for any collector or for use on your next fly fishing trip. This type of Reel listed for $5.50 in 1945 and it's in great condition considering age. Everything works as described. Reel will be mailed with the copy of the article I have for your information on some of the history.
