Gold Mesh Chatelaine Mini Purse Waist Chain! Estate item in excellent condition!
This little mini purse is a great example of the old "waist purse"
made for the Lady of the House to carry keys, coins or small things
attached to apron strings or belt, in those days called "Chatelaine".
This one measures a mere 1-1/2"X1-1/2" with a short chain.
Decorated on each side with ornate filigree! Beautiful Vintage Gold
