Vintage child's brown cotton twill jacket.  I would estimate this jacket dates to about 1940, or maybe the 1930s.  The back of the jacket is pleated and held by a band that is stitched across the back waist.  It has a standard roll collar and two brown leather buttons at the front and would fit an older infant or small toddler.  It measures 9 1/2" across the back from shoulder to shoulder and 10" from the shoulder seam to the lower edge.  This would be a great little jacket for a large boy doll.  It is in very good condition.  The twill fabric is a bit faded, but I do not detect any holes or tears.
