Miss Edna's Seafood Bisque 1 can tomato soup 1 can green pea soup (not split pea with ham) 1 soup can coffee rich or half and half 1/2 lb. crabmeat 8 ounces shrimp (small, frozen or fresh) Sherry to taste
Mix soups and coffee rich. Heat. Add picked crab and thawed shrimp. Heat. Add sherry just before serving. Do not boil. Serves 4-6
