Vintage Cigarette Smoking Receptacle SIPCO Advertiseing

A very nice way to ask people not to smoke!  Give them a convenient place to put that cigarette out!!!...This is a SIPCO dunking station ~ outside or inside use because there is a liner that you put water in so that the cigarette is instantly put out when its dropped into the convenient hole on the top ~ The top is lifted up easily, liner removed and dumped, more water added as needed and started all over again!    

It measures 8 inches long and there is a factory made hole at the base for screwing into a wall ~ Great for the outside of your store or home, especially if you have oxygen running or other health problems ~
