This is a great vintage box purse, inside is marked "The original Box Bag by Collins of Texas hand decorated for You!"  Copyright 1963 Enid collins.  The front of purse has a turtle and it says slow poke.  It is in excellent condiiton and in perfect working order.  It measures  11 X 6 3/4
