Up for auction is a vintage Brush & Comb Vanity Set. I honestly don’t know if this is sterling silver or silverplate, but the brush is heavy and shines beautifully. The comb, as you can see in the photos, is missing teeth, but the silver top comes off and another comb can be inserted. The brush is in excellent shape, no missing or loose bristles and would make a lovely piece to display. I have seen others of this same design, one was labeled silver, one labeled silverplate, so I am not going to make a guess here.
