This was made by the Fun-Craft Corp. in 1949. It's called a Comic Rotor, and there is a slot on the top, so it was used for a bank also. There is one 2" spot where the paper has been torn off, which shows in one of the pictures. Other then that it is in pretty good condition for being over 60 years old.
