I bought this at a shop in New Hope, Pa many years ago. It is adorable. The photos show all the details and are magnified
The salt and pepper shakers are in absolute mint condition. No chips, cracks or crazing.
It measures 4 1/2" wide x 2" high x 3" deep. The napping man is the pepper shaker and the couch is the salt shaker. They both have plastic inserts.
This set is useable, if you wish. I never used it and instead displayed it with all my contemporary pottery and glassware. It made for a great conversational piece...and is only being sold because I am downsizing to smaller digs....

This item will be shipped to you in any manner you choose at its actual packaged weight cost, in lieu of the estimated weight of the item shown below. The shipping and handling price below is for priority mail and includes a domestic handling fee of $2.00 for packing materials, time, gas, etc and $5.00 for international handling, which includes the task of filling out custom's forms.
Insurance is required for international sales and is already included in the priority mail international price for auction values under $70, there will be an additional charge for values that are not covered.

Further, Please Note: Almost all the items that are sold in my auctions are Vintage in Nature, even if they are new in the box....they are from my aunt's estate...I use my best ability to describe any faults I see, if you want more photos, please request them, I will be happy to provide them to you.
If an item is Mint to my eye, it still implies it has seen a baseline of wear due to it age.......VINTAGE. It has been around for awhile. Please ask any questions you have before bidding.
Also, if you have any complaints after purchase, please give me the opportunity to resolve them in a neighbourly manner prior to leaving me negative feedback....this has not yet occurred, but I would prefer it would not.
Misunderstandings abound, in our world today, and while everyone is rushed, open discussion can elucidate what may at first appear to be a problem, ACTUALLY IS NOT. Thank you for Understanding.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
please note that if you use the shipping calculator, it is configured for domestic handling costs only and it also does always compute international rate properly. I would therefore, appreciate it, if you would wait to be invoiced the proper cost.

NOTICE TO MY CUSTOMERS AND FUTURE CUSTOMERS:
HANDLING FEES: are based on time, materials, gas to post office and other overhead costs in running my EBAY store. If you are not comfortable with my handling fee, which is hardly an unreasonable amount, considering the effort I put forth on behalf of my customers, please don't purchase my items and then give me a low DSR rating in the Shipping and Handling category, without FIRST, notifying me, if you believe that I have made a mistake. I am not making money on S&H fees.
On lower priced items this handling fee absorbs the fees associated with ebay and paypal fees that would otherwise make those particular listings and Item's availability on Ebay....not worth my effort or time. I am personally not in position to do anything about what the Post Office charges for mailing. The Shipping and Handling Cost DSR rating relates to ONLY to WHAT I CAN INFLUENCE.
While online purchase of postage, does give a small discount to users, this is engineered to cover the cost of my printer's ink, glue and paper used in the process!!! If you are concerned about Postage Costs, please email me prior to hitting the buy it now button, the postage calculator is known to make errors, which are not easily rectified after the fact.
Please consider all of the above before giving me a DSR grade BELOW 5, in ANY CATEGORY, that lowers my search ranking...IT ONLY TAKES ONE TO THROW OFF MY ENTIRE AVERAGE ....
(ie. avg ratings of 4 result in a seller's suspension!!!!, which most buyers are NOT AWARE.)
