This is a 14 inch diameter Dixon cymbal.  It may have been a cymbal originally sold with a Dixon stand.  It also has a "Made in Italy" stamp on the underside. I haven't discovered any other cymbals like it so far browsing the net.

There seems to be some script writing above the engraving "DIXON" but I can't read it even with a magnifying glass or adjusting the photo.  

It has a very nice sound which easily lasts around 40 seconds.
