Vintage Dandy Kerosene/Oil Can-Glass & Metal

Vintage Dandy Metal & Glass kerosene/oil/gas can. Measures:12" H to top of funnel and is 6" diameter. Made by Winfield Mfg. Warren,Oh. The metal sleeve has 2 cut outs for viewing the fluid level. Wire bail & wood handle.This does have some issues,the metal is rusty,there are 3 very tiny holes in the metal which I show in picture #5. I cannot get the lid off,or the glass out of sleeve, I honestly don't know if its suppose to come off or not. No cap on lid.  On the metal sleeve-should be the words Dandy, but you can't quite make out the "dy", but the DAN is good. I could not find or make out any other markings. The seams are rusty but intact.

The glass jar-marked on bottom-I think it reads 1. Aqua color. There are no cracks or chips,as far as I can see, and I have looked at this from every angle I could. I did fill this up with water to the top and it did not leak.
