Vintage Defiance Blade w/ Cap Iron

Here we have a vintage Defiance Blade with cap iron. Both in good shape. The blade measures a little over 1-1/2" wide & 5-1/2" long. The cap iron measures a little over 1-1/2" wide & 3-1/2" long. Good pair. Clean them up and they are ready to use. I have many other blades and irons up for auction this week. Take a look and combine shipping.

How we Like To Work

As always, we have a very low starting price and no reserve.  My company likes to combine shipping for you whenever possible.  Between free shipping offers, shipping material costs and packing time we lose most times on our shipping charges.  Making money on shipping is not a goal of ours.  If there is a significant difference in cost we gladly will refund you some money.  If we miss a small refund from time to time, let us know. We do our Also, our best to stay on top of it all.   

I rely on my good repeating customers for solid and fair bids.  I realize that the spring and summer on ebay is slow for the types of things I sell.  I am glad to have good people get good deals.  All I ask is that you bid fairly and your support and business keeps me looking for and buying good vintage tools and specialty wood.  Last summer, sales were so bad on here that it really was not worth listing items.  I am hoping this spring and summer is different as I have built a great customer base because we operate with dignity, honesty, and quality.  I try to cater to tool users, collectors, and tool resellers.  The fact is that I get into a ton of tool collections, and would rather move the tools I find than sit on them.  The only way that happens is if we realize fair prices at the least.  Thanks for your cooperation on this concern of mine.

There are “buy it now” items from time to time for your convenience. We offer great antique tools, specialty wood, restoration hardware, collectible keys and paper, and other antiques or collectibles. There are always many good deals to be had.

I like USPS flat rate boxes for smaller shipments and Fed-ex for larger shipments. Again I will combine shipping and be as fair as possible. Please check my outstanding feedback and see how others like doing business with me. Sometimes mistakes are made here, either by the post office or us. If there is a problem, let us know, and we will take care of you. There is a reason why I have no negative feedbacks after so many items, I am reasonable and fair.  I don’t track shipments unless requested, or if it is a high dollar item. We try and ship at least two or three times a week and usually we are right on top of shipping our orders from Sunday that following day.  It is a lot of work dealing with so many items, so please be patient.  We are not one of those sellers who wait weeks to ship out your item.  We are striving to be as professional as we can.  My fiancée Sara deals with all of the shipping concerns and I (Mike) do the listings.  We have become quite the team.  We want to make your experience on ebay the best it can be.  Please contact me if you have questions or concerns and we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.
