Our shipping fees are determined by the shipped weight of the item and shipping destination. We want your item to arrive promptly and safely. Our store professionals use first-quality materials to pack items with care.

Our preferred shipping carriers:
For items over 2 lbs., we typically ship via FedEx Ground. For items under 2 lbs. we typically ship via USPS Priority Mail. FedEx and UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes.

We require insurance on most items with a winning bid over $100. Insurance will also be required on pottery, glass, china and most electronic items. A signature will be required for items with a winning bid over $250. There will be no exceptions.

Merchandise will usually ship 2 - 4 business days after payment confirmation.

International Shipping: We currently ship internationally to counties listed in the Ship To: section.

Combined Shipping: We can combine shipping. Combined shipping rates are determined at checkout by our automated system. We cannot provide a quote for combined shipping.

LOCAL PICK UP: Please contact us at service.il080@i-soldit.com if you would like to arrange pick up of your item at our store. In-store pick up of this item is ONLY available at this store. All local pick-ups will be charged state sales tax.

RETURN POLICY:
Your satisfaction is important to us. iSold It strives to accurately list and photograph every item we list for sale so that bidders can buy with confidence! Therefore, we only accept returns if the item was not as described in the auction. All items are sold As Is.
