I bought this Dress from "CHADWICK'S (Catalog Store) sometime in the late 1980's because I have always loved this style with the velvet and satiny, plaid skirt ( in this case a rayon blend ). I am short-waisted and found that this style gave me a longer, leaner line. Well, I bought it and kept it even as I outgrew it because I thought it was so pretty with its Sweetheart Neckline (think of all your gorgeous jewelry you can wear with this neckline!!), slightly puffy sleeves to balance my larger hips and appropriate Holiday, Special Occassion Wearability (think St. Patrick's Day also!!!).
All Tags are attached. It is made by "RHAPSODY, LTD.". It is a SIZE 10 PETITE. MADE IN U.S.A. Dry Clean only. It has NEVER BEEN worn; kept in a Pet-Free, Smoke-Free Home.
Measurements : 45 inches from top of neck in back to hem line (I am about 5'4"-it hits me about mid-calf) 16 inches across back from shoulder seam to shoulder seam 34 inches at Chest 31 inches at Waist 34 inches at Hip

You know how difficult it is to give up something SO PRETTY!!!! But I am downsizing and it can't wait any longer for me to lose weight!!!
