Vintage Dutch Folk Art
Rocking Cradle Doll Bed

Up for auction is a vintage rocking cradle doll bed made of wood and painted royal blue. This bed has Dutch Folk Art motifs on all 4 sides. The letters HA BA are on the sides as well. It has no damage. There are two tiny holes on each end side and one end of the bed has some slight fading of the blue. The tiny holes I think is because this bed may have had a frame at one time so it would be a hanging rocker cradle bed. But the frame is long gone. Still lovely as is and a very pretty piece of folk art with a dutch theme. No other issues.
Measures: 13" long x approx.9" wide x 7 1/2" tall.

THIS FEE ALSO COVERS OUR EXPENSES, OUR TIME IN PREPARING YOUR PACKAGE AND THE GAS FEE TO DROP OFF YOUR PACKAGE TO THE POST OFFICE. DEPENDING ON THE SIZE OF THE BOX, THE MATERIALS NEEDED AND THE TIME IN PACKING; THE FEE CAN RUN FROM $1.00 TO $2.00. MANY TIMES WE DO NOT CHARGE A FEE AND MAY EVEN CHARGE LESS THAN WHAT IS MENTIONED, BUT WE DO NEED AT TIMES TO ADD THIS FEE TO COVER OUR COSTS. INSURANCE IS REQUIRED ON ALL IF NOT MOST OF OUR ITEMS:
KNOW THAT IF WE CHARGE YOU INSURANCE, WE PAY FOR IT, WE DO NOT POCKET IT AND EVEN THOUGH AN ITEM IS NOT A BREAKABLE, THE POSTAL SERVICE DOES LOSE PACKAGES. THIS FEE IS MEANT TO PROTECT YOUR ITEM AND OUR SALE FROM LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT IS BEYOND OUR OR YOUR CONTROL.
We do require insurance on the items we ship due to experiences with breakage, damage & loss. We pack VERY carefully & do our best to assure your merchandise arrive undamaged. We can't be accountable for items lost or damaged in shipping after they leave our hands; but will certainly offer assistance should a claim be necessary. Items are wrapped and packed extremely well to avoid having to file a claim.
If an item has optional insurance, it is buyer's repsonsibility to purchase insurance. Seller will not be responsible for lost or damaged items.
SELLER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ADD INSURANCE TO ANY ITEM IF DEEMED NECESSARYAND WILL DO SO AT AUCTION END; ESPECIALLY IF BUYER IS NEW TO EBAY, IF ITEM IS BEING SHIPPED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS OR IF AN ITEM ENDS IN A HIGH AUCTION PRICE.
SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION:
AT TIMES SELLER MAY FIND IT NECESSARY TO ADD SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION. IF NEEDED; PLEASE WAIT FOR SELLER TO SEND AN INVOICE. SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION WILL BE REQUIRED ON ALL ITEMS COSTING OVER $150.00.
Seller will be happy to assist buyer with insurance claims should they become necessary. The buyer is the person who must file the claim with the postal office, since they purchased the insurance and have the damaged package. If the item is lost buyer can file the lost paperwork at their local post office seller will be happy to comply with all claims by sending all the required paperwork to the buyer in a timely manner. If buyer insists that seller file the claim any and all damaged items, including all labels, the original box and packing materials must all be returned to seller at buyer's expense. After seller files the claim and captures the funds from the postal service, then a refund will be mailed or given to the buyer. The same goes for lost packages.
FEEDBACK:
We will always leave feedback for our buyers after they leave it for us. That is how we know a buyer is happy with our service and items. Please, if there is a problem contact us before leaving feedback so we can discuss. We strive to provide great customer service, but can't if buyer does not communicate with us.
Understand that we are only human and that mistakes do happen from time-to-time, we do not live in a perfect world. Also, matters involving shipping are not caused by us, so bear these things in mind when you do leave your feedback.
REFUNDS:
We do have a 7-day money back refund policy should you be unhappy with your item, but you must contact us first to discuss your dissatifaction. If an item is returned to us in the same condition as sold and with original packing materials and labels a refund will be given minus a 10% re-stocking fee. Please know that return shipping of unwanted items is buyer's responsiblity and original shipping fees are not refundable.
