You are bidding on a Star Wars Loose Jawa with Vinyl Cape. The figure (just the figure) is believed to be an early production figure (notice the very thin thumbs, bright yellow eyes, and the number "14" written on the bottom on the foot). The piece doesn't have any provenance, unfortunately. Tom Derby found this piece to be very strange, but couldn't call it an EP for certain without any provenance. The paint was determined to be original, though. This figure has been graded by AFA (Action Figure Authority) and has received a grade of 75 EX+/NM. This figure has been placed in archival plastic for its protection.  It also comes complete with a certificate of authenticity signed by Tom Derby.This is an excellent addition to one's Star Wars collection.
