~This is a beautiful vintage embroidered piece that we came upon on our last antiqueing trip. It is embroidered on 100% Linen, and framed. It reads, "There Is No Place Like Home", and it's an embroidery of a man, woman, and dog in front of the fireplace. Very cottage chic and simply a wonderful piece. At the bottom, in very faint letters, it is stamped, "170/c Sampler, 100% linen, American Thread Company 35 cents." Excellent condition for a vintage piece. We don't see any discoloration or holes, so it looks like it was preserved well. Age unknown. Aprox. 9.5" X 12". ~THANKS FOR LOOKING!
