Easy Pattern has 4 pattern pieces.
Pattern is complete.
Applique transfers are not complete.  The transfers include the fancy pockets & appliques.  You still have the applique pieces for the fancy bird pocket shown on the blue apron.
This pattern is not dated (which is really odd) but this pattern only cost 35¢ new so it is quite old.
Why buy retro when you can have the original??
