THIS is a really great VINTAGE WRAP SKIRT in 100% cotton and from KATASHA'S UNUSUALS WILMINGTON VERMONT - WHEN closed it fits a 32" waist and is 24" in length - it CAN be opened a BIT more but the 32" would make it a bit more modest.  ALL the stains that I noticed are shown - so it's being listed lower than I normally would but a handy person can more than likely remove these stains.  THANKS!  FREE SHIPPING!
