You are looking at a Vintage Fendi bag. The straps were in really bad condition so I took them off and threw them out, but you can easily take any strap and tie it to the loops where the straps use to be.
You can use this as a clutch or a make-up bag, or whatever you like.
It is a vintage bag so its condition is vintage, but in my opinion, it is in good vintage condition.
It looks great though, not a lot of wear on the outside, but wear on the inside. There are no wholes or rips on the inside, but you can tell the lining is old.  There are some small spots outside, the pic has a spot on the right bottom corner.
Bag has Fendi metal logo inside bag and has serial number stamped on it
The measurements are:
Height: Approx 6.5 inches
Width: Approx 9.5 inches
The hardware has the Fendi logo. The stamp on the front states Fendi Roma Italy 1926
