Generally the close-up photos most accurately represent the color of the item. We do our best to note any and all flaws in the description and/or photos. Most times we tend to underestimate the condition of an article (“very good” is often praised as “excellent” upon receipt). With all this said, due to the subjective nature of personal taste and individual standards: Remember, my items are mostly all vintage ~ so condition is rated honestly. Vintage clothing is at least 20 years old and usually shows some age, unless otherwise mentioned. With your privacy in mind, all of our items are shipped in non-descript packaging and lingerie auctions are always kept private.

PLEASE NOTE: We almost only deal with items from estate sales, therefore, cannot guarantee they came from smoke or pet free homes. If that is a concern please do not bid.

Any questions?: Time and effort go into selecting things for auction and we do our best to be as honest and accurate as possible; however, inadvertent errors can occasionally occur so feel free to e-mail with any questions prior to bidding. We are not experts by any means, but do promise to answer your questions honestly and to the best of our ability. We will make every effort to get back to you as soon as we are able.

Check-out: Should you happen to win this auction we'll send a congratulatory e-mail as a way of introducing ourself. We usually have this e-mail out to you within the first 24 hours following the close of auction.

Shipping: When feasible, we gladly combine winning auctions to save on shipping. If the auctions you’re interested in aren’t ending on the same day, just send us a note letting us know that you may be bidding on more than one item. I pack everything I ship securely, but insurance will be at your discretion. I ship during the week, but usually not on the weekend. Please understand that we are a Mom & Pop shop working out of our home. We raise a family, care for our parents and sometimes experience events out of our control which can hold us up. If this is a problem, please email. We offer excellent customer service, in exchange for being treated as humans. We are not a department store, mail order company, etc. We give you attention to detail, but ask that you understand when holidays, days off from school, sick kids/parents, etc. keep us from shipping an item within a day or two. We email that the package is on the way as well as a delivery confirmation number via the US postal service at the time it leaves our hands. I take my packages to the Philadelphia Airport facility (which NEVER closes). This usually puts your package in a plane within 3-4 hours of me dropping it there. This can cut up to 2-5 days of travel time. I ask that if you have special shipping needs, you email Prior to the auction ending. Otherwise, I will assume that you have read this statement and understand that I do my best, but can not always promise rapid shipping, unless requested prior to winning my auction.

Payment: We would appreciate payment within 7 days after the close of auction. Without payment or an amusing explanation, we will leave re-list, and move on.

Speaking of feedback: We always leave it. We are honest sellers and appreciate honest bidders. PLEASE ASK QUESTIONS BEFORE BIDDING AND SPARE US ALL THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. IF YOU BID ON OUR AUCTIONS YOU ARE AGREEING TO OUR TERMS. We will not quibble later.

Refunds: If you are unhappy with your purchase, due to our error, we will gladly refund your money within 3 days of your receiving it. It must be postmarked within 3 days. We will pay item cost less a 20% re-stocking fee. There are no exceptions. You are welcome to ship back to us the cheapest way. You must return the item for a refund. No other refunds given. We expect the item to be shipped back immediately. We will definately notify eBay that you have been refunded.

All returns have a 20% restocking fee. Lingerie can not be returned.
