Vintage Frosted Blue Glass Perfume Bottle Atomizer

This is a really lovely pressed glass perfume bottle / atomizer in a blue satin glass.  The atomizer is a gold tone with a gold woven fabric bulb.  There is no mark as to maker. The person representing the estate sale indicated that this was very vintage, probably 1940s to 1950s.

We can see no evidence of any former liquid so it may not have been used for its original purpose but rather as a pretty addition to a vanity.  It measures just a little over 3 1/2" tall and 3" wide at the widest point.

Appearance is near mint.  The rubber bulb has dried up over the years and appears to be split so use is no longer an option unless the woven fabric was carefully cut, a new bulb inserted and then re-sewn.  There is also a tiny pull in the fabric of the bulb.

Great display piece for your vanity or for a retail display of home created fragrances at fairs or retail location.
