Up for bid is a painted metal GOOD YEAR Tires Sign. It is 48" wide and stands 12" high. It is stamped "Property of GoodYear" on the bottom left and "DAS 11/83" on the right bottom. It has some damage where the paint is flaking off and it has minor surface scratches.
This GoodYear sign belongs to Mr. Kenneth Boyd of Roosevelt, Oklahoma. Mr. Boyd is 78 years old and has lived all of his life on the farm that has been in his family for over 100 years. He has been restoring petroleum products for several years now, having restored approximately 100 gravity-flow gas pumps to date (among other restoration projects).
