this Beautiful Super Deluxe Tone Balanced trumpet.
This Getzen S.D.T.B. Trumpet is in very nice shape and quite rare as well!
Getzens are superbly crafted horns and have some of the quickest & most responsive pistons in the industry.
Serial # is G2xx4 (Pre 1963)

Getzen’s records were lost in a fire in 1963 so Getzens prior to this date e.g. the Supers cannot be 100% accurately dated.

The Super Deluxe Tone Balanced is an intermediate, professional horn. Bare brass with nickel trim & a nickel silver tone ring.
 Condition overall 8 out of 10
Piston & compression condition is 7.5 out of 10 (Minor, eg. normal usage)
Caps, springs, cork & felt condition 7.5 out of 10
Apart from a couple of very minor dings, on the bell tube, and a dent that was professionally removed from the bell there is no other damage present on the horn..
All slides move freely, Top sprung pistons in good condition.
No re-soldered parts, Trumpet has a great case, & comes with a Vincent Bach 3c nickel plate mouthpiece (good)
An excellently designed & built, superb blowing trumpet in very nice condition & ready to play!
