We charge $3.00 for the 1st item + $0.00 each additional item for USPS First-Class Mail or $6.00 for USPS Priority Mail. Orders totaling $250 or more are sent "Signature Required." According to PayPal policy, we must send your package to the address you have on file with PayPal. No exceptions.

You can save money on combined shipping by shopping with us for up to 5 days (1st purchase = day 1). If you want to shop, please let us know and wait until you are finished shopping before you send your payment. If we receive more than one payment from you, we cannot discount your shipping.

We ship at least twice weekly, usually on Tuesday and Saturday, with occasional exceptions for holidays, vacation, etc. Packages are prepared the day prior to shipping so early payments are greatly appreciated.

All packages are sent with delivery confirmation which is included in the shipping/handling fee. You will receive an email from our mailing service with delivery information when your package is ready to send. If your ISP blocks our emails as spam, if you have an invalid email address, or if we get a request to be added to your email list...you won't hear from us.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

If you are not happy with something, please let us know. Many of the items we sell are vintage. We list major chips, flaws, etc. but some wear and minor imperfections are to be expected with vintage items. Most buyers consider this part of the charm of vintage.

In the event of a refund or exchange, any postage or insurance paid is non-refundable (unless we did something wrong). Listing and restocking fees may apply, depending on the reason for your return.

Please keep in mind that computer monitor settings vary so the color of the item(s) you receive may not "match" your monitor. Please contact us before you return anything. No returns accepted after 30 days.

We work really hard to accurately describe our items and provide excellent customer service but sometimes "stuff" happens. Please communicate directly regarding any problems that you might have before leaving neutral or negative feedback. We want each transaction to be a perfect five-star experience for our buyers!
