If you pay seperately I must ask that you pay seperate postage. In some cases I don't feel comfortable packing cetain things together because I am afraid they will not make it. In most cases they are just fine though. Feel free to email me about combined postage.

I will accept paypal or money orders. If the money orders are internation they must be in US dollars.I can not accept personal checks. Unfortunately I have now had many people not send payment. For this reason I have to state that if I do not receive payment with in 10 days the item will be reposted and unfavorable feedback will be left. I am sorry that the few are spoiling it for the rest of us.

 Due to the fact that this is for charity there will be no returns. Shipping and handling will be 2.75. All items will be shipped with delivery confirmation. Most but not all larger items are shipped priority mail.   Insurance is required on all auctions. If you are outside of the USA  please email me for a quote. Please do not send payment until I quote shipping if you are not in the USA.

Please keep in mind that the majority of the items we sell are donated. I do my best to describe the items as accurately as possible however I often rely on information from the people who have donated the items. If I know for fact where an item came from I will be very clear about it. At times the items are donated by my family members and brought from overseas by them. Thank you for understanding. Our goal here is only to be as honest as possible and to help the homeless pets.
