Our Return Policy:
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or we have made an error, please return the item to us within 48 hours of item receipt. Please be aware that you may be asked to return the merchandise to us at your expense using a shipping service that can be tracked online, just as it was sent to you. All items must be returned in unused condition, with all tags, etc. attached and in as-sold condition. Any use of the item or missing parts/pieces will void the return policy.
Once the item has been received by us and can be tracked as "delivered" we will then initiate the return process and issue a full refund (minus any shipping charges and eBay fees) via Paypal. This process can take anywhere from 24 hours up to 4 days from receipt for the return to be completed. (Usually 24 hours, but may take up to 4 days depending on bank working days to complete the funds transfer via Paypal).
Exclusions to return policy: (Important, please read :)
All swimwear, intimates and vintage items are excluded from our return policy. These items are sold as is with no returns offered. Swimwear and intimates for obvious sanitary reasons. Vintage items for the mere fact that the items are vintage and are not new. Again, very descriptive listings are always given, so please bid accordingly.
On electronics or small electronic devices, such as watches and timepieces: All electronic devices and watches are tested prior to shipping to guarantee working condition. Return policy will be null and void if the item has been tampered with in any way.
Authenticity Verification: Our items come from various clients. We pre-screen for authenticity of items, which includes viewing the serial numbers and included paperwork and original receipts of the items. If questions regarding authenticity arise, we expect you take the merchandise to the brand store (i.e. Coach, Gucci, etc...) We will only refund for authenticity of an item if the actual manager of the outlet furnishes a letter stating that it was not authentic. This will enable us to verify indeed the authenticity of the item. Please understand, we GUARANTEE your satisfaction 100% or your MONEY BACK!
