Mint	no flaws and in pristine, like new, condition
Excellent	extremely minor flaws, and almost like new condition
Very good	some acceptable flaws noted, shows minimal to moderate signs of age

Fair	severe flaws noted, excessive signs of usage & age
Poor	extremely severe and excessive signs of usage, damage or aging noted

Insurance is automatically included in our shipping price as well as delivery or signature confirmation for your protection.

We love to combine on shipping for our customers, and we ship usually within 48 hours and 6 days a week so you can have your new found treasure in a jiffy. All international shipments will be shipped either USPS air letter, 1st class, parcel post, Express, or Priority.

Payment is to be made through our Kyozou checkout only and must occur within 7 days from end of auction. We accept Paypal, and we also accept major credit cards over the phone (contact us for details). Texas residents will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

Please ask all questions before bidding, as all pre-owned clothing and shoe items are sold as is. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and insurance is already included in our shipping price. We are not experts on anything, and will describe everything to the best of our ability. Our items are culled from estates all over Texas, and even though we do not smoke, we cannot guarentee that these items come from smoke free homes. Due to various articles of clothing & shoes fitting each individual different, all pre-owned items are non refundable. Return Policy

We offer refunds for items that are grossly different that described, but do not offer refunds for buyers remorse unfortunately. We must be notified of the problem within 48 hours after receipt of package, and the item must be returned in "as received" condition within 7 days of receipt of package. To qualify for a refund, item must include original packaging, and buyer pays return shipping including tracking & insurance. Please note that we "mark" our items prior to shipping, so please do not clean or wash the item prior to return as this will void our return policy.
